Our Responsible Gambling Policy in Short
This Responsible Gambling Policy is not decoration. We would rather keep a player for years than take everything they have in a month. Betting should stay entertainment. When it stops being entertainment, we would rather help you step away than take another deposit.
This is a policy we act on, not a page we keep for appearances. Everything below is something you can ask us for today on WhatsApp.
Deposit Limits
Ask us to cap your deposits over any period — daily, weekly, or monthly — and we will apply it to your account the same day.
Raising a limit takes effect only after a cooling-off period. Lowering one takes effect immediately. That asymmetry is deliberate: it protects a decision made calmly from a decision made in the middle of a losing run.
Taking a Break
You can ask for a time-out of 24 hours, a week, or a month. Your account is locked for that period and your balance is untouched and waiting when you return.
For something longer, ask for self-exclusion. We will close access for the period you choose — six months, a year, or permanently — and we will not reopen it early, however persuasively you ask. That is the entire point of it.
Signs Worth Taking Seriously
Betting more than you planned, or more often than you planned. Chasing losses with bigger bets to get back to level. Betting with money set aside for something else. Borrowing to bet.
Hiding how much you bet from your family. Lying about wins or losses. Feeling irritable or restless when you cannot bet. Betting to escape stress, boredom, or low mood rather than for enjoyment.
Missing work, sleep, or time with people who matter to you because of betting. If you recognise several of these, talk to us before your next deposit.
Practical Habits
Decide your budget before you start, not while you are playing. Set a loss limit for each session and stop when you hit it, whether or not you feel due a win.
Never bet to recover a loss. A losing run is not evidence that a win is coming — each event is independent of the last.
Keep betting money separate from money you need. Take breaks. Do not bet while drinking, angry, or exhausted.
Protecting Minors
Accounts are for over-18s only. If you share a device, use parental control software and keep your login details private. Any account we find to belong to a minor is closed immediately and the balance returned to source.
