This Privacy Policy: Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how BetPro Exchange, an agent for the BetPro betting platform serving players in Pakistan, handles your information. It sets out what personal information we collect when you contact us or hold an account through us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What We Collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible. To open an account we need a name and a WhatsApp number. We do not ask for your CNIC, passport, address, or any identity document for a standard player account.
When you deposit or withdraw, we hold a record of the transaction: the amount, the method used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank, or USDT), the wallet or account number involved, and the payment confirmation you send us. We need these to credit your balance and to pay you out correctly.
Our website collects standard technical information through server logs and any analytics we run: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is aggregate traffic data and is not linked to your betting account.
Why We Hold It
Your name and number exist so we can identify you on WhatsApp and act on your instructions. Your transaction history exists so we can settle deposits and withdrawals accurately and resolve any dispute about a payment.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Who We Share It With
We share the minimum necessary with the BetPro platform in order to create and operate your account. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to advertisers, data brokers, or other agents.
We will only disclose information to a third party where we are legally compelled to do so, or where it is strictly necessary to investigate fraud against you or against us.
WhatsApp Conversations
Almost all contact with us happens on WhatsApp. Those messages are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp itself, meaning we and you can read them but WhatsApp cannot. We keep conversation history so we have a record of deposit and withdrawal instructions.
Please do not send us photographs of identity documents, card numbers, or banking passwords. We will never ask for them, and anyone who does is not us.
How Long We Keep It
Account and transaction records are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that any later dispute about a payment can be settled. Once that period passes, records are deleted.
If you ask us to close your account, tell us at the same time whether you also want your conversation history deleted.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete your information. Message us on WhatsApp and we will action it.
Deletion has one limit: where we are required to retain a transaction record, we will keep that record and delete everything else.
Security
Access to account and payment records is restricted to the members of our team who need it to do their job. We use encrypted messaging for customer contact and do not store payment card details at any point, because we never take card payments.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you directly on WhatsApp rather than leaving you to find out.
Age Restriction
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately with funds returned to source.
Changes and Contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders directly.
