These Terms of Service: Your Agreement With Us
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and of any BetPro account opened through us as your agent. By requesting an account or placing a bet through an account we have provided, you accept them.
If you do not accept these terms, do not open an account with us.
What We Are
We are an agent. We create and service BetPro accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide support. We do not own or operate the BetPro platform itself, we do not set the odds, and we do not decide the outcome of any market or game.
Where a dispute concerns the settlement of a bet on the platform, we will raise it on your behalf, but the platform's decision on that settlement is final.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else unless you hold a Master or Admin account issued for that purpose.
You are responsible for knowing whether online betting is permitted where you live, and for complying with the law that applies to you. Opening an account with us is not advice that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Your Account
One personal account per person. Keep your username and password to yourself: any bet placed from your account is treated as placed by you.
Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account. We will suspend it while we investigate.
For your protection, withdrawals are paid back to the same wallet or bank account the deposit came from. Tell us in advance if that number has genuinely changed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are credited once we have confirmed the transfer. The minimum deposit is PKR 500. We charge no fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your wallet provider or bank may charge its own.
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes. Larger amounts may take longer where additional confirmation is needed.
You are responsible for giving us correct payment details. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong number or, in the case of crypto, to the wrong network.
Fair Use
We may suspend or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being used for fraud, money laundering, collusion between accounts, exploitation of an obvious pricing error, or any attempt to manipulate a market.
Where an account is closed for one of these reasons, we will return any balance that is not itself the product of the conduct in question.
Availability
We aim to be reachable 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance, and network or wallet outages outside our control can delay a deposit or withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
We are liable for our own acts as your agent: crediting your deposits correctly, paying out your withdrawals, and handling your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions, from the outcome of any event, from the platform's settlement of a market, or from a failure of a third-party payment provider.
Closing Your Account
You can close your account at any time by asking us on WhatsApp. We will settle any open bets, pay out your remaining balance, and confirm closure.
If you are closing your account because betting has stopped being enjoyable, say so and we will apply a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of your account after a change means you accept the updated version.
